Cory has been a practicing attorney since 2015 and has focused his practice in commercial and residential real estate, estate planning and probate, contract law, and business law. 

Cory has well over a decade of real estate experience, both commercial & residential matters, including asset management, property management, acquisitions, dispositions, HUD, FHA, community & HOA issues, leasing, and evictions.  This experience has included working as a licensed real estate agent, title agent, as well as working for a Realtor association providing training and education to real estate agents. He is a also Washington State Licensed Real Estate Instructor.

Helping others and making a real difference in each of his clients’ lives has always been of highest importance to Cory. His compassion for people, dedication to the practice of law, and his knowledge and experience make him the best advocate for your legal needs.
