Probate.

In Washington, probates are sometimes necessary and sometimes not.  Our lawyers can advise you whether or not a probate is necessary.  We represent executors and administrators for probates occurring with and without Wills.  We also advise and represent heirs and trust beneficiaries to ensure that their rights and interests are protected and that they are properly administering their duties.  Additionally, our firm handles probate creditor's claim matters.

We have handled Will contest matters, breaches of fiduciary duties claims, removal and replacement of trustees and executors, as well as disputes involving non-probate assets.  Our experience includes matters arising under the Trust and Estate Dispute Resolution Act (TEDRA).
